The tear-out determines the new floor
Whatever comes up leaves the subfloor in some condition, and that condition is what your new flooring has to sit on. Adhesive residue, staples, uneven patching and damaged sheeting all cause problems later if they are left. Removing the old floor and preparing the subfloor properly is one job, not two.
Dust and disruption
Tear-out is the messiest stage of any flooring project. We contain the work area, remove debris as we go, and clean the site at the end of each day so the rest of your home or business stays usable while the work is underway.
Booked with your installation
Most of our removal work is booked alongside the new flooring, which keeps the whole project on one schedule and one point of contact. We do take removal-only work as well if you have another trade lined up for the installation.
